We welcome you individually – please contact us at any time if you have any questions.

The comfort of your accommodation and small conveniences, however, is only half of the story. Our staff members, whose goal it is to make your stay with us as pleasant as possible, are the crucial factor.

Our patients managers always have an open ear for your concerns. We accompany you through your entire stay, ensure a smooth service and look after all administrative issues. On request, we will handle any queries regarding invoicing or the correspondence with the private health insurance. In addition, we can organise, for example, a free transfer and laundry service for you.

Flowers, today’s newspaper, instant information, help when you actually need it – this is the main feature of our service concept. In addition, our service staff considerately take care of the culinary needs of our guests from morning to evening. They accept your menu requests, fill your mini-bar and are always available to answer your questions.

Catering and menu service

We provide a varied and healthy diet for you. In the morning, at noon and in the evening, we offer a large selection of dishes and menus that can be combined by you – on top of the regular service offer. You have the possibility to put together your own meals. There is something for every taste! Our service staff members take your requests every day. If you have any questions, please contact us.

In addition, you will receive fresh fruits and a changing cake selection in the afternoon on a daily basis. Coffee and tea specialities are available to you and your visitors all day in the lounge and can also be served in your room by our service staff. Cold drinks and snacks are provided free of charge in your own mini-bar.

Who can avail of our offer?

Persons with a private insurance

If you have a private insurance and would like to receive treatment from us, our patients managers will handle the coordination with your insurer in advance if you wish. In most cases, we settle the costs directly with your insurance if you wish and if this is possible on the part of the insurance company. If you pay the treatment costs directly to us, we will advise you regarding all questions of reimbursement. If you have any questions about your insurance status or if you would like us to coordinate your reimbursement, without any obligation, please do not hesitate to contact us.

Persons who are entitled to benefits

If you are entitled to benefits and would like to receive treatment from us, our patients managers will handle the coordination with your benefit centre and also with the private health insurance in advance if you wish. If you are a person who is entitled to benefits, you will be accommodated in a triple room. Our staff members are always available to you with their experience and will be happy to assist you in discussing open questions with your benefit centre. If you have any questions about your insurance status or if you would like us to coordinate your reimbursement, without any obligation, our staff members will be available to you at any time.

You would like to pay directly for your accommodation?

If you want to benefit from our services as a person who is covered by the statutory health insurance, you can, of course, bear the costs of inpatient treatment (general hospital services) in our private clinics as a direct payer.

However, we advise against this for the following reason: Persons who are covered by a statutory health insurance – even those who have taken out a private supplementary health insurance – can only be treated in exceptional cases in our private clinics. The reason for this is that the statutory health insurance companies usually do not grant reimbursement of the treatment costs in a Helios private clinic.

Our alternative offer: Especially for persons who are covered by a statutory health insurance with a private supplementary health insurance or for interested direct payers, we offer comfortable accommodation in our optional services area.
